Mascherano = Mashimaro?

Apr 5, 2008

I'm sorry, Liverpool fans! Mascherano's nickname struck me during their past 2 weeks game with Manchester United when he has made a huge fuss with the referee. :)

Perfect Gift

Oct 8, 2007

This is a sponsored post. Hubby & I are thinking of getting a bicycle for our leisure sport. We have searched a number of bicycles either from the local shops or the online stores. There are many choices available & the more we know about the bicycles, the toughest for us to make the decision.

Well, I’m thinking of getting a gift for him after we purchased the bicycle. Do you think that I should surprise him with a Screwless Bike Rack? As I’m not a good assembler, hence I will definitely look for frame that does not need any screws, bolts and fasteners. It would safe my trouble of installing it later. Besides, with the vinyl-coated bike cradles and base, it will also protect our bike from our beloved dogs’ urination.

The Special One

Sep 20, 2007

While driving home last night, I heard a piece of news from Lite FM. It said thar Peter Kenyon has urged Jose to quit from Chelsea. Then this morning I received a sms from Hubby B. "Yo... What happened to your Chelsea? Jose quits!"

I immediately turned on my laptop. Ah....... My special one had left Chelsea by mutual consent following the unsatifying start to the season. I believed his leaving has also linked to his split with the Chelsea owner, Roman Abramovich. He was replaced by Avram Grant. But why on earth are we appointing a manager who has never managed outside of Israel. Mr RA says he wants bigger things & it's obvious Avrim Grant is not the person to do this for Chelsea.

I know some people call him arrogant, but for me, he is confident. He doesn't just talk the talk, though; he's done his share of walking, managing FC Porto to the top of the Champions League in 2004 & in a more profiled job, he has lead Chelsea to their first English Premiership title in 50 years, in 2005.

:-( Today is a sad day for me! Chelsea has done a stupid decison by firing one of the greatest managers to ever grace the premier league. All the best to you, JM!

P/s: Rumours said that you might be joining Spurs. Is it true?

Merdeka

Aug 22, 2007

We celebrated our country 50 years of Independence during our yoga class this evening. Huh? What did we do?

We did 50 sets of sun salutation. Wow... it was really taxing for us after a tiring day at work! I don't think that I will be able to complete it. Haha... guess what? With my determination, I did it! Though in between the poses, I did want to give up due to the shortness of breath & tiring mind & body, but I kept on reminding myself that I should stay focus & I can do it.

My abdomen is so painful now & I think I have gastritis too. Didn't I have enough for dinner? What had I eaten wrongly? All wrong. I'm positively confirmed that the pain was due to the 50 sets sun salutation! Thanks to Malaysia-man!

The FA Community Shield 2007

Jul 25, 2007

On Sunday 5 August 2007, The FA Community Shield will return to Wembley for the first time in 7 years. Back then the match, Chelsea was the winner over EPL champion MU, with a 2-0 victory.

This year's match, which kicks off at 9:55pm Malaysia time at the brand new Wembley Stadium, will be a repeat of 7 years ago as Premier League champions Manchester United take on Chelsea. So what will the score be?

I Was Twisted

I twisted my right lower back this evening while doing the half seated twist. Woo... I felt the pain & immediately I discontinued from the pose. Then I countered it with the double knee twist so that it can gently massage my lower back against the floor. After doing for a few times, I felt so much better. Ah ha........ I managed to continue the rest of the yoga session!

I can do it!

May 23, 2007

As usual, I had my yoga class this evening. Caroline taught us a pose named Plough Pose. Wow.... it looks challenging to me. I don't think I can do it. As a fact, I failed to bring my legs further beyond my haed. Then I tried again in the 2nd set. Caroline assisted me this time. With her support & guidance, I can bring my legs towards my head but not beyond the head yet. When she let go, I tried myself with the help of my breathing. Eh... I felt that my legs are touching the floor. Is it real? Haha... I can, I can do it! Yeah... It was a great achievement for today. Well done, Stephanie!
What is Plough Pose? Well, a lot people complain about stiffness on the neck and lower back as a result of stress and wrong posture. In the Plough Pose, you stretch the neck and the lower back muscles. At the same time you achieve a new structure in your back. As a result of the way you place the neck and the legs you get hardly any chance to compensate stiffness in the neck or lower back. The Plough is also good for your digestion and it strengthens the kidneys, the liver and the gall bladder.

Victory!

It was great to hear that Chelsea has successfully concurred the FA Cup over the Red Devil last Saturday. Despite of the injuries that Chelsea's squad suffered, I would think that Chelsea has done a fantastic job, especially Didier Drogba. Even though that I did not manage to watch the game, I was delighted when BB messaged me of the result. Hmm I would want to tell Sir Alex & Rafa that Chelsea is still the best team. Haha.... We have 2 cups in hand while ManU has the only EPL cup. How about Liverpool? Is was yet to know yet as they are going to face AC Milan this Thurs. Ha...I think the chance is very slim this time. Good luck, Rafa.

The End of The Dream for Chelsea

May 2, 2007

I'm disappointed with the result this morning! Chelsea has lost 4-1 to Liverpool for the penalty shoot-out. It was a tough game from the start & Liverpool played a very defensive game. Anyway, it has already over. I believe the Blues can still make their victory next year. Hopefully, the rest of the players, like Lampard & Terry & of course the manager, Jose Mourinho will still remain in the club by that time.

Hurray! Champion's League Tonight!

May 1, 2007

Little Wife: BB, all Chelsea's fans are definitely going to roar at Anfield tonight. Haha...

Hubby B: Are you sure or not? See what have they performed during last Saturday's game against Newcastle? Some more, Essien, Ricardo Carvalho & Michael Ballack are not playing, you know?

Little Wife: Hmm... BB don't play-play with my team huh. Later, I asked Drogba & Joe Cole to show you the power again, then the Reds will die awfully once more. :-)

P/S: I guess I shall piggy for an hr before the exciting game starts at 2am. Else, I'll be liked what BB always claim as a "Babi Panggang (Roast Piglet)" while watching the game.
