'Nga Ku'

For the past 2 weeks, Suzana has already started to made her 'Nga Ku'. She has received many orders.

I helped her to peel & clean the 'Nga Ku' this afternoon. After finishing her work this evening, she setup her working station. I helped her up by wiping off the excess oil right after it was out from the wok.

Personally, I like Suzana homemade 'Nga Ku'. It is crispy & it is not oily. I specially requested Suzana to slice it as thin as possible. But my Hubby B prefer the thicker version as he can taste the 'Nga Ku'.
